Returns Policy & Process

Policy:

  • All returns must been made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
  • The original receipt must be kept by the customer for the return.
  • Each item delivered to our partner stores undergoes a quality checking process and documentation. Returned items must match the condition it was sold in. Should the item be returned in a worse or changed state surcharges may be added to restore the garment. Significant damage or change may result in your return being denied.

 

Process:

  • Please complete the Return Form.
  • Email your completed form and a photo of your receipt to our customer service email. Replies may take between 1-3 business days, we kindly ask for your patience.
  • Once your return is accepted we will provide you with a returns label via Royal Mail.
  • Carefully package your item up, include the original receipt in the package (we cannot refund orders without the original receipt) and post it to us.
  • We will refund your purchase in 7-10 business days.
