Returns Policy & Process
Policy:
- All returns must been made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
- The original receipt must be kept by the customer for the return.
- Each item delivered to our partner stores undergoes a quality checking process and documentation. Returned items must match the condition it was sold in. Should the item be returned in a worse or changed state surcharges may be added to restore the garment. Significant damage or change may result in your return being denied.
Process:
- Please complete the Return Form.
- Email your completed form and a photo of your receipt to our customer service email. Replies may take between 1-3 business days, we kindly ask for your patience.
- Once your return is accepted we will provide you with a returns label via Royal Mail.
- Carefully package your item up, include the original receipt in the package (we cannot refund orders without the original receipt) and post it to us.
- We will refund your purchase in 7-10 business days.
